Nut crescent butter cookies recipe
1 cup softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or Macadamia nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place cookies on baking sheets and bake at 300° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Roll warm cookies in confectioners' sugar mixture.
Makes about 5 to 6 dozen nut crescent cookies.
